Yes. While the gym welcomes women of all fitness levels, clients with specific medical or special conditions (such as disc-related issues, osteoporosis, post-surgery recovery, or diastasis recti) should complete an initial assessment with a physiotherapist first. This ensures your program is tailored safely to your needs before you begin training.
